Insurance

Ms. Bockman is currently a preferred provider with Cigna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. She is also able to accept several Employee Assistance Plans (EAP) including Anthem EAP, Cigna EAP, Empathia, and BDA/Morneau Shepell.  We are not currently preferred providers for any other insurance companies. If you are interested in using your insurance, we will be happy to call your insurance company on your behalf to help determine if you have out of network benefits. Ms. Bockman will also be willing to submit a claim to your insurance company to help you seek reimbursement if it is available within the guidelines of your plan.

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment, you are reserving that time for yourself. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible to pay the cancellation fee for your missed appointment. We do request a debit or credit card to hold your appointment time.

Fees

Currently we accept cash, check, credit cards, and money orders. Payment is due at the time of service. For Interventions, Substance Abuse Evaluations or SAP Evaluations, we may be willing to arrange a payment plan based on your current circumstances. Please ask at the time that you schedule your appointment.
